Stowell Concrete
have two designs of foundation block. Both types have a
300mm wide dimension which allows for a 100mm inside and
100mm outside skin of blockwork or brickwork to be built,
leaving a 100mm cavity.
Wider cavities or thicker block widths can be accommodated
by using the F340 foundation block laid with the 340mm dimension
across the wall.
Foundation blocks are available in dense concrete 10.4 N/mm2
and also Stowlite medium dense concrete 7.3 N/mm2.
